ISCOMS Travel Grant

Attending ISCOMS can be costly, particularly for students. To support student participation and create an equal playing field, we have introduced the ISCOMS Travel Grants. These grants are exclusively available to presenting students, though only a small number of applicants will be selected. 

Applications for the 2025 ISCOMS Travel Grants will open on 28th February and will close on 14th March. Each application will be reviewed by our International Contacts committee. The number of grants awarded and the amount of each grant will depend on the volume of requests. Applicants will be notified via email shortly after the selection process is completed. 

Application requirements: 

• Submit a brief letter (up to 350 words) explaining why you believe you deserve a travel grant. 
• Provide an official letter from your supervisor, confirming your need for financial support. The letter must include the university’s official stamp. 

Since the maximum amount that can be awarded is 700 euros, we strongly encourage students to explore additional funding opportunities. Many universities offer grants for students attending academic conferences. Be sure to inquire with your institution about these options.
