Here you can find the fees of ISCOMS 2025. For those who are interested in the full ISCOMS experience, we advise the Universal Pass with the Formal Dinner. We recommend the congress pass for those who would only like to attend the three official congress days, without the social activities.

Ticket Fees Scientific Programme The Pre-Course Ticket, Congress Ticket (1 day), Congress Ticket (2 days), and Congress Pass (3 days) give access to the Scientific Programme only! This includes lunch, tea, coffee and cold water.

Ticket Fees Social Programme All Social Programme activities are optional and require an additional fee unless they are already included in your package. A valid Congress Ticket is required to attend these activities, which are scheduled outside conference hours.

During the welcoming night, the participants who are already present in Groningen have the opportunity to walk through the city together with the ISCOMS Organising Committee and our First Year Crew. The city tour, which will last for about one hour, ends at a local pub in the centre of Groningen. The welcoming night and our ISCOMS pub quiz will take place in this pub. The city tour and welcoming night allows the participants to socialise with one another and meet the ISCOMS Organising Committee. Every participant is invited for the welcome night, regardless of their participation in the city tour.

A lot of the participants will arrive in Groningen on Monday. Monday is our pre-course after which a social activity follows. For those of the participants who registered for the pre-course, the social programme for this day was included. During the social activity on our pre-course day, the participants were guided to a location at which a dancing class took place. On arrival, a buffet will be served, and everyone will have dinner together. After the intensive day, there is an opportunity to blow off some steam and everyone can show their dancing skills at the salsa dancing workshop!

The first official congress day will be followed by our ‘Formal Dinner’. During this dinner, all present participants will have the chance to dress up fancy while enjoying a six-course walking dinner! Besides enjoying a delicious dinner, this event provides the perfect opportunity for socialising with other ISCOMS participants and to meet some of the professors who are also present at the Formal Dinner.

This evening starts with dinner for the entire group. Afterwards, the participants will have the opportunity to join the activity that they have chosen. Either a boat tour around the canals of Groningen, or bowling in the city centre!

After our final congress day and the official closing ceremony, the World Wide ISCOMS Night will take place! This evening will start off with a delicious buffet. Afterwards, a great party will take place. On this evening a DJ will play local songs that are brought from all different students from around the world. Together we will make it an unforgettable international night!

Unfortunately, all good things come to an end. After three days of the congress and the World Wide ISCOMS Night, ISCOMS 2025 will reach its conclusion. But before that there is one last activity for the participants: the Post Congress Tour! During this day, we will visit Amsterdam. After the bus ride we will have lunch together. Then we walk around the city and visit Artis, the zoo of Amsterdam! Afterwards we will go back to Groningen to finish off with a dinner at Napoli. At the end of this dinner, ISCOMS 2025 will be officially over.
